I just bought a Rev C Muse Receptor on ebay.
It won't let me register it at plugorama...
how does the transfer ownership work. The seller is non responsive...
I love my new big green paperweight...i heard it runs vsti's but i wouldn't know until I can register it!

If you send an email to Muse support (with the serial number of your unit), they should be able to sort this out for you.

Hopefully you paid the Seller using PayPal.
If so, create a dispute under the "not working as described" category.
This will force the Seller to respond.

Yes, Muse support does usually require contact from the Original owner first. If cannot get in touch wiht him just let the support team know and we will attempt. If after a week the original owner does not respond we will just complete the transfer anyways.
