It seems that a unlimited number of racks can be used on one midi channel ?
So there is no situation anymore that for every midi channel there is one instrument (MULAB or VST) reserved.
Suppose there are 5 drumsounds on midi channel 1 and on midichannel 2 a piano with some tracks in variations of midi events (no other racks)
Is not better to display midi channel number to get a better oversight in the composing process ?
And second : is it possible to copy one track as whole ( rack + event data )?

Do you mean Racks or Tracks?janamdo wrote:It seems that a unlimited number of racks can be used on one midi channel ?
Anyway, the answer is yes.
This is something that will be researched in the M4 cycle. Is not better to display midi channel number to get a better oversight in the composing process ?
It's related to a couple of other conceptual aspects.
In M3, if you want to quickly/often check/change the MIDI channel of a track/part then simply assign a key shortcut to "Choose MIDI Channel"
1) Create new track and set same target module as original trackAnd second : is it possible to copy one track as whole ( rack + event data )?
2) Right-click original track -> "Select All Parts On This Track"
3) [Ctrl]+drag all these parts to the new track

i found ..too : select a existing track (yellow focus box lines) and rigt-click under the tracks in the black space : add new track and there is a track copy with the rack ...(no need for to set a target module) go to 2)...mutools wrote: 1) Create new track and set same target module as original track
