NI Log-in Provided by Muse does not wrk...?

Hey there, I'm a newbie to this forum and forgive me if this topic has already been discussed.

Just registered my new Receptor 2 Pro with Komplete inside, but now I can't access the NI support.

My Muse/plugorama account has given me a login and password for Native Instruments but it just tells me that login is invalid/faulty.

I have tried doing it in a web browser and in NIs Service Centre program, no dice. Anyone else had this problem? Am I missing something really obvious.

I am really keen to get this happening as there are a few files I need to update etc.

...also weirdly enough my R2 tells me I have 3gig of Ram installed, bu I paid for 4...?

hmm thats not really a forum issue. Back to the retailer I guess.

Regarding the 4 gigs of RAM. All Receptor2s will only show 3gigs in the setup view, even if you have four installed. A detailed explanation of this can be found at the help desk article below:

Regarding your login issue, you can also feel free to kontakt our support team at www.plugorama.com/hd.php We have all serial numbers and logins for komplete on file, and it could be that when the information was typed into your account a finger slipped and a typo was made.

Thanks Kevin! I thought the Ram thing might have been something like that, seeing as all the R 2s come with 4.
