Evening,

I seem to remember there was a way to make MU.LAB start creating a MIDI sequence right after the count-in and not just before the first actual recorded event, but I can't seem to find it now.
I've just recorded a sequence beginning at Bar 1 but the actual sequence now starts a 8.something and now I can't possibly loop the thing without jumping through a whole bunch of hoops.

Thanks,

Marco :)

Start of recording is defined by first recorded event, then snapped to the composition snap.

Can't you just simply change the part start to where you want it to start, and then, in the sequence editor, set the sequence loop as you want?

Yeah I can do that but the earliest I can set it to is when the MIDI sequence starts, so I don't gain anything.

As for dragging the part start in the composer and then modifying the sequence loop, I'll try that one. It seems a bit of a puzzle to solve.

That's why first pull the part start to where you want, then define the loop.

Please let me know if it works fine and logical.

I managed to do it but I can't say how. This is a tall order. I hope I'll wrap my head around this one.

edit: I should have switched to M 3.0.38 before bitching about 3.0.26. It works much much better now!!
