Hi kennyda,
You'll need to replace the corresponding files in the preset data location for ACE.
For example, let's say you have the ACE data installed to:
C:\VST Plugin Data\u-he\ACE.data
You will have a subdirectory called ACE.data/Data. In there you will find two more directories, Images/ and Scripts/. The White magic zip file contains the same directories. You should just copy those directories over the ones in the Data/ dir mentioned above.
you should really consider backing up your data before doing this. Just a simple copy of the entire ACE.data dir will be sufficient. After all the ACE.data directory also contains all the factory and user presets.
I hope this helps.

Right-click on ACE.component (or ACE.vst/ACE.dpm) and select "Show Package Contents". Then browse to Contents/Resources/kennyda wrote:Cant find these files, is it different cos Im on a mac?

Yeah that worked fine. I swapped to the white one. It looks nice, only small snag is that it doesnt seem to show the inputs and outputs differently, so I might leave that til I know my way around ACE.
