Hey folks,

there were some issues with the first version of MDrummer on Mac OS X, so here's a new one. Changes :

* Improved Mac OS X compatibility, especially with Digital performer.
* Fixed Mac OS X installer not running when downloaded via torrents.
* Removed progressbar when starting or loading MDrummer.
