I was just reading about the added feature in my FL (which I do no longer use) about "automatic PDC".
Is this feature in MuLab already? I do not notice any delay in my compositions yet, but I also have very little in MuLab as I am transferring slowly more and more stuff on a daily basis.

Orion had it, but again, I was not aware of it so....

No automatic plugin delay compensation yet.

You can do it manually though.

Delay all audio signals that are not delayed by the delaying plugin, so that at the end all audio signals are equally delayed.

Can be done using a delay plugin (not an echo, just a single delay).

It's a pain, but yeah, I do what Jo recommends, with all non-delayed tracks running through one extra rack containing Voxengo Sample Delay (ooh, discontinued, it's been replaced with Latency Delay from the looks of it).

You could also use this MUX preset for delaying the non-delayed signal(s):

Open the zip and drag-drop the PluginDelayCompensator.Mux into your Mulab/App/Library/Mux/Delay subfolder.
