At 0:16 you here this kind of scream voice synth type sound "wrrrooaaahh"

I assume this is also done with Unique but perhaps I am wrong. I know it has a strong vowel based filter so it prolly works with that.

But besides that, what am I looking for, sound design wise to creat this patch? Can anyone make something similar? Or help me creating something.
