Can any Sugar Bytes / Sonic Bytes product do this?

I want to use a Behringer FB1010 foot pedal to trigger a descending MIDI CC sweep across four bars.

I want to hit the foot pedal once on the run up to when I want the sequence activated, and then exactly at the beginning of the next bar have the MIDI sequence begin its instantiation (i.e. my input trigger is quantized to be in time). At the end of the sequence nothing else happens until I hit another pedal on the board to trigger something else.

Can any of the MIDI SEQ style products that Sugar Bytes / Sonic Bytes offer do this?
