Well, I was just checking mail and there were just one or two and thus I could reply quickly 
Sometimes I have 20 emails at once though, and then I'm often too overwhelmed to reply to them all. I the pick those of actual customers and neglect those who suggest banner exchange programs and what not. The point has come where I can't do all the support by myself inbetween the other stuff (sometimes it's merely "doing all the other stuff inbetween the emails"). Hence I'm working on a big plan to change my email address and have a proper support mailbox which will hopefully be answered by someone really, really trusty and competent whom I'll hopefully manage to hire. No worries, I'll still be around, but emails about lost reg codes, license transfers and the infamous artist-endorsement-turn-down-letter can easily be outsourced. I have no plans to leave the top-30 posters on KVR (currently on place 22 - hey Eric, I got you!)
