I opened up a new rack and within the Synthia editor I see no patch browser. I have only loaded the free version - 3.2.2. Does this come with patches or must I download them. In Synthia, the item to the extreme left is Oscillator and not a patch browser.
The online tutorial (3rd image down) shows to the extreme left, the patch browser. [ http://www.mutools.com/mulab/tutorials/ ... index.html ] (http://www.mutools.com/mulab/tutorials/creating%20 a%20sequence/index.html)
I am using a USB connection from a Yamaha YPG 535, operating system: Windows 7/32 bit.

Hi Caps,
This part of the documentation looks out of date and is showing how MU.LAB 2.x.x worked regarding patch browsing.
MU.LAB 3.x.x browses by sound types, such as Bass, Lead and Pads etc.
Just to get you going try this:
New Session.
In "Rack 1" click on the first slot.
Synths > MUTOOLS > ROM > (Select sound type such as Bass, then select a preset).
Synths > MUTOOLS > Devices (Shows the synths in their "INIT" state.
Once you have a synth loaded click on the preset name it will then show the preset menu again.
You can also scroll using the left and right arrows next to the preset name.
3.2.3 has a few more presets than 3.2.2
The presets are present in the MULAB FREE version.
Hope all the above makes sense.
Anyway just click around a bit I am sure you will find the presets etc.

Following your instructions:
Synths > MUTOOLS > ROM > (Select sound type such as Bass, then select a preset). This is slot 1
Synths > MUTOOLS > Devices (Shows the synths in their "INIT" state." Would this be slot 2?
Thank you for your assistance,
Caps

Hi,
You only need to do this one:
Synths > MUTOOLS > ROM > (Select sound type such as Bass, then select a preset). This is slot 1
The other line was for reference once you get going.
