When I call (650) 326-6180, the phone just rings and rings! Anyone else having this problem?

When I call (650) 326-5400, I get a message that says, "The number has been disconnected or is out of service!" Is anyone else having this problem?

Hey,
Not to worry. We just had our phones ported over to a new service provider, and it appears there was a little hiccup during the phone number transfer yesterday that left our main line out of operation for a few hours. As of typing this message all seems to be working.
As a side note, part of the reason for transferring providers was to move all call traffic to one phone number (instead of splitting the main office number and tech support numbers). The old 6180 number for tech support will just no longer work. Erase it from your speed dials! 650-326-5400 works for the whole company now.

I just tried the number again (650 326 5400) and I rceived the "No longer in Service" Message!

Seems most of our users aren't having a problem, but if you are call the following number: 650-284-0474 to get into our phone system. Also you can PM or write to our tickets to let me know if your having trouble with the phone system.
