Please???

I'm back in love with this wonderful little delicacy

Just made a whole new bunch of presets just from playing it non stop the last few days (see my sig)

Post

+10 for this :)
more cheese.

Post

I've now started a new bank for TripleCheese as an incentive - I felt even though I tried my best we have not plumbed the depths of cheese related puns and what was really needed was a bank called "The Cheese Shop".

So far I have only made a few patches but I will release it when it gets to about 20. Patchnames so far:

Mousebender
f**king runny
Camembert, perhaps?
Van broke down
Fresh out
Venezuelan Beaver Cheese
Eaten by cats

but will probably also make some called:

Uncontaminated by cheese
SHUT THAT BLOODY BOUZOUKI UP!
Japanese Sage
It's a bit runny
Fermented curd
National Cheese Emporium
Rogue Herries
and Peckish

additional suggestions welcome

most of these sounds are a little off

how about :

Montus fermentatus
Divine cheese
Cheese mountain
Mystical cheese
Christic cheese

those suggestions come from this :

"I want my illustrations for Dante to be like the faint markings of moisture in a divine cheese . . . Mysticism is cheese; Christ is cheese, better still, mountains of cheese!" — Salvador Dalí

you can hear him speak (it's in french though) about the soft watches, mysticism, St Augustin & cheese here :
(the cheese references start around the 1min 30sec mark)
http://www.ina.fr/media/entretiens/vide ... es.fr.html :D

& there has to be a patch named "Suzy Creamcheese",
& another one named "Son of Suzy Creamcheese" :hihi:
THE STORY OF SUZY CREAMCHEESE :

rare footage of Zappa & the Mothers refusing to lipsync "Son of Suzy Creamcheese" on TV in 1967, followed by a priceless live performance
(starts at 2min 39sec)

rare footage of Zappa & the Mothers at the Garrick Theater in Greenwich Village with audio "The Return Of The Son Of Monster Magnet" from "Freak out" :

also, check out this cheesy blog which might bring you some inspiration :

http://aftercheese.wordpress.com/

I hope this helps :D

(I'm loving the new patches btw  )

Well yes - did he not preach "Blessed are the cheese makers"? :)

Ironically I did make one called "Camembert, perhaps", but I seem to have lost it. Urs, is there a problem with saving presets with commas? It was a nice one too - might be complicated to recreate

Post

Not forgettong

Thanks but possibly something for a new bank - I'm trying with this one to stick to the Python theme. However:

one needs to be named 'Pindakaas', which means 'peanut butter' :D
"It dreamed itself along"

... I just got the "Blessed are the cheese makers" reference
I had forgotten about that alternative sermon on the mount :hihi:

& I just got the peanut butter/Pindakaas reference too :

kaas = cheese in Dutch !

Pin da cheese !

Cheesing my F-ing Brains Out !

Cheesing can get you really high ... really, really high, M'Kay
but cheesing is bad, M'Kay, don't do it kids, M'Kay ... :D

Maybe this thread can help gauge the interest? - there really is nothing comparable to TripleCheese.
