I have been researching around to find the best sound, the best combination of features at a sensible price in a String Synth virtual synth - and Strings Dream comes very near the top, especially the sound (obviously, the most important bit) - so I am looking to purchase this.
A question and a couple of suggestions - I am aiming to move to running the 64-bit version of SONAR on my Windows 7 x64 machine (currently running the 32-bit version whilst there were issues with some VSTi's). Is Strings Dream fully comptable now?
The one *big* thing that I am currently missing (and I have not found this fully on any virtual string machine) is vibrato with a delay feature. My memory of my Roland RS202 (a brilliant string machine) was that this is something it had (and I used quiet a lot).
The other suggestions are things that I have seen in other software which did seem to be useful features: keyboard tracking for the volume of the strings and selection of the cello/bass note selection - lowest or last.
I see that you have tha challenge of balancing out your many different project, but udnerstanding whether these sorts of features could come in future versions would help me decide on which way to go.

Thanks for the positive comments, it's nice to see the hard work to be rewarded.
A native 64 bit version of Strings Dream should be ready during this or max next week,
so you'll have full compatibility.
About the features you ask, they are already planned somehow, but I'll tell more later, now I have to work (as usual).

since I changed one filter, please let me know your impressions.

paladium, not exactly what you mean, but I replaced
the simple HPF with a -double formants- filter,
it still works to attenuate the low frequency,
but now different positions of the knob lead to several nuances,
the filter profile change continuosly. One of the usual trick that I like :
"single knob for more than you expect"
So far only the VSTi Windows 32 bit is ready, soon the others.
