how to uninstall service center and reinstall a new version?

Hi,
i bought a used receptor 1 rev c on ebay. most of the previous products were not well uninstalled. i bought a new komplete 5 for my new machine. but it is impossible to register it. i called NI support who told me to uninstall the old version and reinstall the latest.
the problem is that the new version is only available for receptor 2. So !!! i do what ???
