How does Zebra 2 respond to midi program changes? Does it use the "program change" message (status 0xC0) or does it use controllers 0 and 32?

It's definitely the proper program change MIDI tokens, see thread for details. You will have to pay attention to folder structure inside of the MIDI Programs folder.

Thanks! Good thread you pointed me to. I was wondering how the midi program change (0xC0) and the two controller values (CC#0 and CC# 32) work together.

CC#0 should switch through the folders within MIDI Programs, with a value of 0 being MIDI Programs itself, value 1 being the first folder and so on (nested folders would be listed in a flat hierarchy)
