[EDIT:] A new clue - I've found that the volume control for the first channel that oscillators and stuff run thru sets itself to zero when playing a sequence. I'm not able to automate it to correct it. So I'm starting to move things out of that channel, then saving the patch under a new name, and finding that this can be a work around, although not a particularly reasonable one.

Hi - I used a previous version of Zebra (I think 2.2) for some projects I'm trying to go back to, and I find that now that I have 2.5 installed, Zebra "mutes" upon playback and I can only then get output back from it if I do a patch change.
This also happens with newly created Zebra tracks/instances that I try to record a new MIDI sequence on.
I can play Zebra from my MIDI controller, and I see that Zebra 2 is also receiving MIDI input from any sequences - the audio output just goes away the moment I hit "play" in Logic (at that point I lose output for both real time playing and sequences).
I'm not having this issue with any other synths.
I'm wondering if I should try to revert to an earlier version of Zebra.....
My system:
4 x 2.5 GHz PowerPC G5
Logic 8.02
Mac OS 10.4.11

Like mcnoone says, it's an accidental MIDI Learn. Right-click-MIDI-Unlearn the knob and you're all set.
