At 1.10 is a descending muted brass type sound.. similar to some instruments in the justice album, cross.
Any help would be really really appreciated!!

I've uploaded the song snippet to temporary space on the u-he patchlib.

Sound appears at 0:10 and 0:25.
It sounds to me like a simple filtered sawtooth wave, little resonance, probably low-pass 12. It also has a heavy dose of reverb.
Here's my attempt at the sound:

Sounds like an FM horn, here's the patch I made for it:

You can use the mod wheel to give it more bite, and after touch gives a trill.
Hope this helps and best regards,
Gino

Really is a very simple sound to emulate. Just a saw through (LP) filter... but you have to get the cutoff envelope right and add the right reverb.

You guys are right, a saw + LP works great. I had trouble getting the roundness of the tone at first, but it's very controllable.
I made another patch using that approach (a little similar to the one bmrzycki posted)
