Big Clock with new features

i added some features to Big Clock. instead of just showing the host playback position, you can show:
- Recording Time: clock runs when the host is recording (only works if the host actually notifies plugins of the recording state, which is only Reaper and Cubase out of the hosts i've tested)
- Stopwatch: start and stop the clock manually
- Plugin Time: time elapsed since the plugin was instantiated
- Actual Time: time of day

other than "Actual Time" the times are all stored with the plugin state.

if anyone wants to try this, i'm interested to know if there are any more hosts where the recording time works...

yes it's obviously slow, don't know why i didn't notice that. fixing soon...

for being a stop watch I have to suggest you can set a beep to go off at specified time so you know when to check on your oven cooking or even at intervals so you can take a break from music to do some workout sets.

i'm planning to generalize the "cues" and have them work with the other clock sources, plus trigger midi events. i guess it could have internal sounds as well. maybe add a countdown timer mode as well.

for now, i uploaded a new version which should keep better time in stopwatch mode.
