Hi Guys -
Got a couple of EVE Questions for you...
1) Is it possible (you may have already answered this and I missed it) to see a list of the preset instruments that come with EVE?
2) Are they multisamples or a single waveform only for each instrument? If multisamples, are there many? How far is a single sample allowed to be stretched? Is there velocity multisamples as well?
3) Do you know any of the content that will be in EVE Pro? Can we have a list or at least a little teaser?
4) How much will upgrade to EVE Pro cost?
Thanks! Also Liqih, will there be a Micromono+Sequencer release sometime? Any idea the price?
Cheers,
Laserguided

Hello, thank you for your questions.Laserguided wrote:1) Is it possible (you may have already answered this and I missed it) to see a list of the preset instruments that come with EVE?
For this I think is better if you download the Demo version, wich comes with all presets and files. If you can't download it, I list the presets for you.
96% of the waveforms and instrument samples are multi-sampled. It depends on the instruments, but mostly 2 to 4 per octave. Some waveforms only requires one per octave. So far no velocity multisamples, since EVE has its own velocity low-pass filter to produce soft ePiano sounds and Pads.Laserguided wrote:2) Are they multisamples or a single waveform only for each instrument? There is no PRO version, only Sound-Set updates. Please read this post:Laserguided wrote:3) Do you know any of the content that will be in EVE Pro? Can we have a list or at least a little teaser?

Cool, thanks William...I guess in this case I do have a few more questions
sorry!
I actually have the fullsize demo, so I can already see all of them. Does this demo have the exact same soundset as the registered software? i.e. the only difference is in the demo restriction, and not in the available sounds?
Also, as a Canadian developer it's shameful that your prices are only in USD hehe
You should have Canadian prices for your cold-blooded brothers, you know?

No problem, I actually like questions. Is impressive on how little people talk to developers.Laserguided wrote:Cool, thanks William...I guess in this case I do have a few more questionssorry!
The Demo version is the Full version, only limited to Time and not saving Presets. So you can have a full picture on what's EVE all about. We will release more Sound-Sets soon.Laserguided wrote:I actually have the fullsize demo, so I can already see all of them. That's a great idea, I tought about that last week, since more and more Canadians are purchasing from the site. I will see what I can do. Also, you can allways email me at williamk@dashsignature.com to get prices in C$ and also info on how to pay us directly in C$ instead of USD (Bank deposit, money order, etc.)Laserguided wrote:Also, as a Canadian developer it's shameful that your prices are only in USD heheYou should have Canadian prices for your cold-blooded brothers, you know?
