Not to give Urs a hard time (as he's an all round groovy geezer) but I hope this new free synth is not holding up work on Uhbix-X... (I know the reasoning) but it feels like we've been waiting for a long time for this one.

I need breaks inbetween... there's a lot of stuff going on.taoyoyo wrote:Not to give Urs a hard time (as he's an all round groovy geezer) but I hope this new free synth is not holding up work on Uhbix-X... (I know the reasoning) but it feels like we've been waiting for a long time for this one.
After Zebra I swore I'd never do a complex plugin again, and I didn't expect Uhbik-X to be. But it is.
A friend of mine had my old Ensoniq DP-4 fixed, but I havn't got it back yet, it' sstill at his place. Once we move into the new office/studio (next week?) I'll set it up and see what I can make out of it, and I'll see if it will have an influence on Uhbik-X.
Uhbik-X is the most demanding project I have. Throwing a simple synth in for x-mas is nothing in comarison.

Fair enough Urs. Was just hoping that X would be for Xmas!Urs wrote:I need breaks inbetween... there's a lot of stuff going on.taoyoyo wrote:Not to give Urs a hard time (as he's an all round groovy geezer) but I hope this new free synth is not holding up work on Uhbix-X...
