setup to trigger pattern keys in effectrix

hello,
i am using logic studio and trying to trigger the pattern keys in effectrix using my midi keyboard. i read that the side chain had to be activated in effectrix, but i don't see where the side chain option is. i would greatly appreciate your help in trying to get the proper set up. thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, please load Effectrix as an audio instrument (instruments/midi controlled fx). It then has a sidechain input in the upper right corner.
