Sylenth1 No.41 Patch Appears in T-ARA "Like the first time?"

One of my favorite Kpop groups.
This patch no.41 on the Sylenth 1 sounds like it to me, but modified. Do you think thats true, or probably this sound is too generic to make that kind of conclusion? Since the patch closest to it, what is happening here when its performed? Is there some sort of stereo panning or just eq?

Do you recognize where the other synths are coming from?

btw, is this type of synth used more for Electro House or Trance? Its hard for me to classify dance music genres.
