M4 still on netbooks?

MU.LAB 3.2.3 works fine on my netbook (Samsung with Atom N450, Win7Starter). Okay, while editing and replay I reduce sample rate to 22 kHz and sometimes switch off a track. But that's a restriction I can accept.
I plan to use M4 (UL) in the future, so one question to the "M4 development":
Do you still have the non-functional requirement "M4 performs on netbooks as M3" on your list?
Thank you and bye

If M3 runs on your netbook, M4 will surely do too.
I expect M4 to have a lower CPU weight than M3.

As far as i can judge, you have a very interesting overall policy around this small sequencer !If M3 runs on your netbook, M4 will surely do too.

As an owner of logic studio, i wouldn't use mulab generally, but in the present context, introducing people to home-studio, all using (very)reduced configurations, this lightweight free/cheap composition tool seems very appropriate and cleverly created on such a purpose
