Receptor looses MIDI in Digital Performer 7.22

I am using Ivory on the Receptor 2 Total Workstation. When I route the MIDI I hear nothing... the only way I was able to get sound was when I would go to setup and run the Ivory tools. Once I quit I get audio but if I rec enable a different MIDI track the audio is gone. Any ideas why??
