Is there anyway you can save and recall only the arp settings in Zebra.

It would be very nice to be able to reuse arp settings that u have spend quite some time to create.

Not yet. It's one of the most asked for features though. It'll eventually happen.

It has been a while since I tried it, but you can hack a preset to save the arp settings... hmmm... how was that done again?
