Using ERA in Sonar X1??

Hi! I took a quick look in the reference guide but couldn't find out how I connect ERA to another VSTi in Sonar? Can someone explain how I do this step by step??

Nevermind I didn't see the "enable midi output" checkbox in the insert soft synth options...
