New Easy Method to Back-Up Receptor

Now that I have your attention ~ is there one?

I'm preparing for a switch to an SSD, and would like to know if there are any plans for some sort of 'Receptor-friendly' utility, that could be set-up to back-up Receptor?
Since, regular back-ups are highly recommended, I wonder why this hasn't been developed?
I find the Back-Up process daunting, as there are so many items on the Receptor that I don't use, and therefore, don't back-up.
It's immensely time consuming, and I constantly question if I've missed something.

I don't have 'the exact same hard-drive' so that I can do a clone. (that's what tech support said they do)

Unless there's some development that Muse hasn't announced, their recommended Back-Up method hasn't changed in 6 years.

Any news on this would be greatly appreciated.
