Plug-ins not showing up in the uninstall window

When I click the uninstall tad in Setup,which brings me to the page that lists all the plugins, only the second page is displayed,and there is no arrow to access the first page(where most plugins are)
Also on the Receptor itself (pressing the setup button and scrolling over to "uninstall" only 3 plugins show up
Seems i read a thread where someone had this issue,but I can't find it.
Any advise on how to get the plugins to appear. I need to uninstall and re-install True Pianos (as for some reason the plug in can't find the Modules)
