ACE - is it possible to sync 2 oscillators to Osc 1?

I'd like to sync Osc 2 and an audible-frequency LFO to Osc 1. Any advice? I tried patching the output of Osc 2 to the LFO frequency but it didn't seem to work.
My goal is to set up a sync sweep with 2 audible oscillators instead of the usual 1.

I'd hazard a guess of 'no' since I'm pretty sure LFO's are only designed to sync to keypresses, they have no sync input for audio waves. I'm not an Ace expert, though, so my response is only something to fill the gap until a more experienced user replies.

ACE: The only oscillator with a sync input is VCO2, and it's permanently connected to VCO1.

Shucks, that's too bad. Thanks a lot for the answers though...I don't have to waste my time any more trying!

I know what you mean, I love ACE. It's by far the sweetest-sounding softsynth I own. Believe it or not, it has less artifacting than my Minimoog Voyager Rackmount, which has always suffered from artifacting at the higher frequencies. it must have something to do with the midi controllers or something.

My Little Phatty has constant warbling artifacts on Triangle and Sawtooth. I guess it's related to the way how they make them morph between the waves. With Triangle it's almost unbearable and you can clearly see the warbling on an oscilloscope. Really annoying.Gonga wrote:I know what you mean, I love ACE. Zebra 2 - more analogue than analogue!
EDIT: I mean ACE. But yeah. Also Zebra 2
