Melda Drummer Large Install Options

As a happy user of the Creative Bundle, I purchased the drummer thing last night (The 7GB download).

I have a major question about the install.

FIrst
my system has 4 internal (and a couple external) drives. C is my OS, D is my Audio, E is my samples and F is my catch all for everything else (and the externals are backups).

I prefer to keep all large sample libraries on E. That keeps plenty of excess GBs on my C drive for page files and other VM type of stuff.

The Drummer thing wanted to install on C:\programs. Is this necessary? Can I somehow do this then move the sample library?

Hi,

you can install it whereever you want. But after you installed it I don't recommend moving it, because the uninstaller and updater wouldn't know where it is. So I'd recommend uninstalling it and installing it to whereever you want.
