Zebra2 not showing up in Cubase 6

I recently switched back to using Cubase from Logic. After installing Cubase 6.0.2 (64 bit) on OS X 10.6.7, Zebra2.5 is not showing up as a VSTi. It does not even show up in the Plug-in Information. I checked and Zebra2 is in the correct location and Cubase is looking in that folder for plugins. I re-installed and made sure that the VST plugin was selected along with AU and RTAS.

I moved Zebra2 to a separate folder and added that path to the VST2.x locations and still no go.

Is this an issue with using Cubase in 64bit? I thought Cubase would still see 32bit plugins as CamelSpace and CamelPhat show up as available effects and they are 32bit.

Not sure what to try at this point.
