Would like to know if the Digital Peak Meter supports ITU BS.1770?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plug-in. It does not support the ITU BS.1770 for the moment. It supports peak and RMS measurements and K-Scales.

Follow up question... Does the meter have the ability to understand that "bass heavy" material will have a different loudness than "bass light" material? Even though 2 audio clips can be set to technically the same "RMS meter" loudness, to humans the bass heavy audio clip sounds much quieter than the bass light clip.

No, the RMS meter is a "stock" RMS meter with no filtering as opposed to ITU BS.1770 loudness meters.
