My zebra dont respond to my editing the velocity in midi-clips in Live.

Does the patch itself respond to velocity? Open Zebra on a new Ableton track lane then select the factory patch:
* 1 Bassics -> HS Pushunder
Now play or try velocity lanes on this one. It has very expressive velocity response so if it works then it's likely the patch you're using doesn't have velocity assigned.
Velocity response is most-commonly added to a patch by modifying the "Vel" knob on the envelopes:

Keep in mind that Zebra is a wireless modular so velocity can be used on a modulation target everywhere you see a "..." knob and also within the Modulation Matrix. You'll have to learn to "read" a preset to find out where and what modulators are operating on the sound.
