Hi-

I apologize in advance in case it's user error; I sold Thesys last Wed and submitted the license transfer request that day. I think I might have used the wrong email account when I sent the request, but I corrected that by Friday. I sent another request on Monday. Perhaps my emails are not making it to you as your customer service in the past has always been tops. Please let me know what to do next ...
