i use the 32 bit version -> works fine in 32bit fl studio 10 on win 7 64 bit :)
have you post this on fl studio support forum?

FL Studio is a 32-bit DAW. You should use 32-bit version of plugins. Use only 64-bit if you want the plugin to use more than 4 gig of RAM, like samplers with huge sample set.

FL Studio supports 64 bit now :) I have many 64 bit plugs working just fine, thanks.

It seems to me that the shortcut/link to Zebra2.data is missing in the Vstplugins directory with Zebra2(x64).dll. Or there might be other reasons why the files can not be found/loaded/created.

Check out the Install+Update manual about moving Zebra2.data into "safe" territory.
