Serenity-Pro makes noise when loaded in Studio One

When Serenity Pro is loaded into Studio One, it makes a very loud burst of white noise for about 5 seconds. I read a similar post regarding FL Studio, but that fix does not apply here. I am running the 32 bit version of S1 on Windows 7 64-bit, and running as administrator. Any suggestions?

When loading in Live, it does not make the noise burst.

I just rebooted and opened a new project in Studio One and it does not make the noise. It looks like this may be a Studio One resource handling issue.
