Does the Receptor 2 or 1 work with the new ilok 2 key?

yes. i have a working iLock2 in my R2+ pro

Yes, I have an iLok2 working on my Receptor also. However I have severe crash problems if I use both my iLok1 and iLok2 at the same time, though this problem could be specific to me. I've just filed a ticket about the problem here:

Hi. I'm still using the 1st iLok...
Obviously, you're not supposed to use both (hind-site is 20/20) but I'm pretty sure it's free to transfer everything from your original iLok onto your iLok2.
