I have a P4 single core pc with xp and 1 ghz ram. While trying to install Diva i get runtime error.

I guess this means that it is not possible to install on single core?

No problems on my dual core laptop mac.

P4 is pretty old, it's possible Urs is using SSE3 instructions and your P4 happens to be pre-prescott:

Core2Duo would work because it fully supports SSE3.

Not a P4, but similar: I'm running the demo on an Athlon 64 4000+. That's single core, and it functions.

Seriously, just forget it.You don't want to run DIVA on a P4. It's simply to slow either way.

Jesus I get pretty huge CPU chunks from Diva on a 3.2ghz quad core. Can't imagine on a single.

I have Ace on the machine.

The question is, what is preventing the program from installing? Processor, ram?
