Hi

First of all im a Zebra2 fan , this is a great VSTi i use most, but i wanted to try something new (Diva).

Im interested mostly in fat sounds like this:

(4:22, the screech sound)

Is Diva a good choice? i can't find any settings like polyphony etc.

Some tips would be nice ;)

Cheers

Sorry can't view youtube here, but...
Did you try the demo?
Yes it does have poly/mono/legato/duo modes...there at the bottom section.
It is the fattest, warmest, most beautiful sounding software synthesizer on Earth at this time.
It's so fat...
I had to put it on a diet!
It's so fat...
I took it to the doc for liposuction!
It's sooo faaaaaattttttt!!!

DIVA is a very greedy girl...

She will eat up all of your CPU and then be looking around for more...

She's the fattest girl I've ever dated and it shocks me how much she eats...

If you're looking for FAT,find a girl like DIVA...

She'll keep you fully satisfied, but she's high maintainence 'cos she's FAT

At the risk of making myself unpopular here I don't think Diva is the right choice. IMO extremely aggressive distorted sounds aren't her strength.

For me at least, "fat" doesn't mean "extremely aggressive distorted".

After watching the posted video it's clear to me that maivo252 is after some hardstyle sounds which are generally just that.

"Fat" of course has no clear meaning, but IMO in this case you can deduce what's meant from the video.

In one word ... MASSIVE.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

I don't know any other plugs that can do "extremely aggressive distorted sounds" on it's own without using inbuilt waveshapers, distortion, overdrives, compression etc..........Use these as external on DIVA and hear the Magic
