Zebra2 pricing question?

I have a question regarding the U.S. vs other countries pricing of Zebra 2. I'm in Canada and when I added Zebra 2 to my cart, the price is ~$223 CAD (Canadian dollars). This seemed high though since the U.S. price is listed @ $199 and the USD/CAD exchange rate is roughly at par.
In looking at the various currencies, it seems the Euro, British pound, Yen and Canadian dollar are all equivilant to each other with respect to exchange rates. But the U.S. price of $199 is still the cheapest based on exchange rates.
I also notice I can choose the billing currency. My CC charges something like 2-3% surcharge for foreign currencies, but that's better than the extra 10% I'd pay over the U.S. price if I paid in Canadian $.
So my question is, can I order in U.S. dollars if I am in Canada? And why is the U.S. price cheaper than other currencies?
Thanks.

I am from Canada and used the US currency to check out. It works fine. The price listed for Canadian Currency is done by the payment company, not by U-he. Just choose the least expensive.

ShareIt are infamous for overstating currency exchange rates. That's one of the reasons why we're trying to move away from them this year.
If you can pay in USD, do it. It's most often cheaper than their exchange rate.
