I had a problem tonight with the receptor. In soundcheck, the screen read "contact factory". Problem found 2001.
I shut down and restarted a couple of times, and it started as normal. Then, during the show, it shut down four times. Then I had to restart the machine each time, missing large chunks of songs. As you can imagine, this is pretty unacceptable.
Anyone had anything like this happen?

Sorry this happened. It is rare when a Receptor does this. Were you able to run the system check during sound check? If so what errors came up?
It is also posible that the Receptor was not getting enough power. If power dips below 75W it can cause resets.
