I don't know, if that was requested before, just came into my mind:
Is it possible to have Modulation inputs in the Mux for Meta-Parameters????
This would open a complete new world to e.g. modulate VST parameters by MuLab's internal Modulation Generators or would it make much much easier to assign a Modulation Generator to multiple targets at once, if those targets are assigned to the specific Meta-Parameter anyway because of the sound design...

It's not yet supported, but a great idea!
Saying this without thinking on the tech side, have added a note on the WL and will evaluate in the next R&D stage.

BTW: Is there a specific reason, why the "import sample loop" creates alternating sample loops in the single zones???
For me, it makes it a little hard to preview the single zones while editing in the sample editor...
I would prefer no loop zones to hear better, if a zone clicks at the start or end of the zone by previewing the single zones on the keyboard...

Because when you slow down the tempo the slices will be 'stretched' to fill the gaps.Trancit wrote:BTW: Is there a specific reason, why the "import sample loop" creates alternating sample loops in the single zones???
I understand what you mean. But also thinking this:For me, it makes it a little hard to preview the single zones while editing in the sample editor...

If it clicks at the start, you will hear it, whatever the loop mode.
If it clicks at the end, you'll also hear that even when alt-looping is enabled.
Right?

Thats a very good reason...,I never thought about that...mutools wrote: Because when you slow down the tempo the slices will be 'stretched' to fill the gaps.

That's normaly right except with short slices, which contain a lot of high frequency content...in this case you cannot hear the difference, if it's clicking at the beginning or the end...
Perhaps you could consider a solution for the future, how it is done in FL Studio: In the sample editor, rightclicking in the zone between 2 markers (or locators) select this zone and audition it, which is a great help too for identifying specific "slices" in a longer loop, without having to try out, which note on the keyboard plays the slice, especially because the sampleeditor in M4 doesn't give any visual feedback...
But that's only minor priority and could be noted under "finetuning"...

That's, what I like to hear...mutools wrote:The next version supports monitoring selections/slices in the audio editor.
