Unwanted Form Submission Triggered By Pressing Return/Enter in Message Field

This has been happening to me repeatedly today in more than one post. i'll be editing a post (one i've already submitted; i have opened it for editing). i'll want to insert a blank line between two paragraphs to move text there and pressing the Return/Enter key will trigger the form to reload. Of course i lose all my edits. i only know this is a form submission because Safari actually asked me for confirmation on one occasion (not the rest and i don't know why). Yes, i'm sure my focus is in the message box (not anywhere else where Return/Enter might sensibly trigger submit).

Ssssssssssup with that?
