I like the Turkish (modern) music very much. 8)

Because you Synthmaster creators are from Turkey - can you tell me please how I can make Turkish-style (or even Arabian) music with Synthmaster?

There are special "chords" and frequencies, but I don't know which ones. Are there some presets for Synthmaster for Arabian influenced music (for example Manele)?

I want to add to my music some kind of Turkish or Arabian touch. Maybe you can help me with tips, presets or tutorials, would be great.

You can try loading a different scale in Scala format:

http://www.huygens-fokker.org/scala/

You should put the scale files (with .scl extension) under <sm data folder>\Scales

BTW I dont think there are "chords" in Turkish/Arabian music, maybe "5ths", because the scales are not equal tempered.
Works at KV331 Audio
SynthMaster voted #1 in MusicRadar's "Best Synth of 2019" poll
SynthMaster One voted #4 in MusicRadar's "Best Synth of 2019" poll

Maybe using a harmonic minor key might help too

Thanks.

I have all the scales from Scala, but can you please recommend me a few especially suited for Turkish/Arabian music?

Regarding the Scala scales - I once put them all in the <sm data folder>/Scales, but then Synthmaster didn't start. Can I copy only ONE Scala scale to the directory and if I want another, I have to substitute it?

That's exactly what I like on Turkish/Arabian music - that the scale isn't equally tempered. For Western ears it may sound strangely detuned, but I like it. I also admire Turkish/Arabian vocals - because there's much more dynamic, life and energy - and especially variation - than in "Western" vocals.

Are there some (English, German or Italian) online tutorials about Turkish/Arabian (modern) music that you could recommend me, please?
