I purchased the daAlfa2k, Combosister, and daHornet package a while back. Now I can't download them when I log into the dl site. It displays all the synths but says "permission denied." It's possible that I've exceeded downloading them six times -- I haven't really counted. Does my IP address change everytime I install Win XP? Because I've installed it more than a few times since I purchased the synths. I also bought a new computer since I purchased the synths, so I know my IP address has changed at least once since I've been downloading the synths. If that's the case, I hardly think I should be penalized for having upgraded to a new computer.
Please advise. I love these synths and want to start recording again with them!
