the last days I've been working on this:

I'm not crazy about the white text against the light gray background. It doen't have enough contrast so it's hard for me to read. Also, the labels don't appear to be aligned very well with their respective control, or each other.

I gonna try a "black version"
and somehow the allignments of the knobs got messed
I tried to put the labels exactly where they are in the original GUI,
but I will sort that

harsh, bro... damn

anyway, i'm not a fan of this skin too much as it is, but i think with a bit more tweaking it could be a nice one. maybe some different knobs, a bit more color and a different font could take this skin in the right direction. as it stands right now, it looks very unfinished.

with that said, please keep going with it if you have the time. i like what you are trying to do with this, i'm just not so sure you are quite there yet.

and also, thanks for putting in the time to make this new skin!

Oh, you think this is an official U-He skin? This is not true. ACE can be skinned by exchanging the graphics. So everybody could make their own GUI version. And this is what rsmus7 did.

this is not an official skin from U-He
it is only my very subjective idea on how to skin ACE

but it is not finished yet,
and I will consider any comments

@ bailees7irish what colours are you thinking about?

I would like to keep it in the light grey range

and I was thinking about changing the font for the labels too
