Eventhough it's a tutorial based on MuLab 3, it's still quite valid.
Note that in MuLab 4 the "Session Modular Area" is "Session MUX".
So at what point you can't do it like in that tutorial?

- Load this example session: http://www.fileden.com/files/2010/12/27 ... .MuSession
- Open the session MUX by Menu entry "Session > Show Session MUX"
- Doubleclick in the Session MUX the "Sidechain Comp"
- Play the Loop
- Set the treshold to 0 then lower it again...do you hear the pumping???
If you set up your own devices, please be aware, that you have only access to eventually existing Multioutputs of a plugin, if you load it directly into the session MUX instead of inserting in a rack...
The same is valid for FX plugins like the level compressor, which have more than one input... you can only route these things in the MUX...

Hey trancit, is it possible to make it work with a kick and long sub kick, where the sub kick is reacting to the kick. ????

What do you mean exactly here??funk01 wrote: Hey trancit, is it possible to make it work with a kick and long sub kick, where the sub kick is reacting to the kick. ????
Do you mean to duck the the long sub kick by the kick???
If yes, the answer is: of course...you can even use the same Mudrum module for both kicks and route them to different outputs...
The session here: http://www.fileden.com/files/2010/12/27 ... .MuSession
it's all done in the Session MUX

This is what I have been trying to figure out for so long...
Thanks a million for the session file. I would of never understood it if you would of explained it to me. Seeing it in the Mux made it so much clearer.
Thanks Again !!

But your response shows clearly, there is much need of more detailed tutorials...
This was an absolute basic task for a modular system and I cannot even imagine to what you creative guys are capable of, if you know in detail how to use this genius programm
