transport midi control

hi,

i have recently purchased mu.lab. I was a happy muzys user and and now a mulabie

i have a nano kontrol and i would like to control de transport buttons with it. Is it posible to assign midi control to the play/stop, rec buttons?

You can do that via main MULAB menu -> Manage Shortcuts.
There assign a MIDI shortcut to e.g. Play.

i have configure the play, stop, rewind, foward and loop. Everything goes right.

But i have a problem with the [rec] button, it does not hold in rec position. The function is defined as "record/stop" but there is no "record" only as it happens with the play button for example. Is it posible to add this function so i can press the rec button in my midi controller and it launch the record and stop only if i press stop?

There is some software that I believe is made by KORG that you can use to set up the nanoKontrol.

You'll want to get that software and then set up the record button - its probably set on "momentary" right now, you'll want to set it to the other setting (forget what it is).

I've never done this but I saw it mentioned in a different forum.
