MNoiseGenerator: Some options

Hi, some ideas for MNoiseGenerator:

Attack and Release: Can we have some Logarithmic/Exponential Fadein/Release options? The Linear option sounds too artificial sometimes.
Hold Parameter: A hold option in ms before Release kicks in.

Custom samples: instead of using the Noise Generator, is it possible to use my own custom sample that's looped infinite in the background?

You mean in modulators?? Hold - ok. Log/exp release - dunno... we'll see...

No no, makes no sense here. May make some sense in MOscillator, but there are several problems with this... We'll see...
